• Overseeing project design progression from inception to completion including design, permits, as-builts, and operations and maintenance manuals • Develop a comprehensive design plan to meet schedules and budgets • Participate in team and on-site progress meetings • Understand and follow all published codes, standards, and unique project specifications while ensuring AHJ requirements and procedures are followed • Multi-task and prioritize among assignments with strong adherence to deadlines in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years’ experience in the design of fire alarms or low-voltage systems
- Previous experience working in Revit and AutoCAD is required
- Prior large project design experience, specifically in data centers is preferred
- NICET Certification preferred
- Experience with Navisworks, Revizto, or other BIM tools is preferred
