Role Description Our dynamic Ethos Marketing Team is growing and seeking a full-time Content Designer (REMOTE) to develop engaging video and visual content that supports marketing campaigns, product storytelling, and internal initiatives. This role blends video production and graphic design to translate complex ideas into clear, visually compelling content that strengthens our brand and communication efforts. Our ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, experience creating video and digital marketing assets, and the ability to turn loosely defined ideas into structured, high-quality content. They are comfortable working across teams, managing multiple creative projects, and leveraging modern tools, including AI-enabled platforms, to produce impactful visual storytelling. Key Responsibilities - Graphic Design: Design digital marketing assets, including social media graphics, website visuals, email graphics, campaign materials, and client-facing one-pagers. - Video Content: Create and produce video content from concept through final delivery, including ideation, scripting, editing, and publishing. - Video Development: Develop engaging video formats such as social media clips, product explainers, service overviews, internal training content, demo videos, and highlight reels. - Content Storytelling: Translate marketing briefs or conceptual ideas into structured scripts, storyboards, and compelling visual narratives. - Channel Optimization: Adapt and optimize video content for multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, email marketing, websites, and internal communications. - AI-Assisted Production: Utilize AI-enabled tools and platforms (such as Synthesia) to scale video creation and production workflows efficiently. - Visual Design Standards: Apply strong design principles, including typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and composition across all deliverables. - Brand Consistency: Ensure all visual and video content aligns with established brand standards and identity guidelines. - Template & Asset Development: Develop reusable templates, branded frameworks, and visual asset libraries to support scalable content creation. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams to support campaigns, product launches, and internal initiatives. - Creative Request Management: Manage and prioritize creative requests from multiple departments to ensure timely and effective delivery. Qualifications - Education: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communication, Graphic Design, Multimedia or related field (preferred). - Experience: Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in video production, multimedia design, or visual content creation (required). - A portfolio demonstrating video production and/or graphic design work (required). - Skills: - Strong video editing and production skills. - Solid understanding of visual design fundamentals, including typography, layout systems, hierarchy, and composition. - Experience using creative tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Premiere or similar), Canva, Synthesia, or related platforms. - Ability to transform abstract ideas into structured visual narratives. - Strong organizational and project management skills. - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable collaborating cross-functionally with marketing, sales, product, and leadership teams. - Adaptability and willingness to learn emerging creative and AI tools. Working Conditions - This role is 100% remote and requires working hours from 8:00AM EST to 5:00PM EST. - This role requires a dedicated workspace with reliable internet. - Occasional travel (locally or nationally) for company events will be required.

POSITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Reviews, interprets and analyzes RFP/RFQ specifications and architectural drawings to determine scope of work and customer product requirements. - Operates 20/20 Design software to create documents and drawings per ILG Design Standards. - Assembles cost estimates, proposals, requests for information (RFIs), change orders and other documentation required for complete and accurate bids. - Assists with order management and coordination and supervises designer/ estimators in multiple markets. - Works with all areas of the cabinet sales, order management, customer care and installation operations to ensure customer satisfaction. - Develops and Maintains Builder Account’s Master Books, Bid Tracker and other systems maintenance such as SAP, Monday, etc. - Excellent digital, oral and written communications skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of internal and external customers. - Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, dimensions, details and specifications. - A thorough understanding of kitchen and bath design, as well as various cabinet company product lines. - Strong computer skills, including MS Word and MS Excel, along with the ability to quickly learn how to use new software and vendor’s portals and EDI systems. - Excellent analytical and mathematical skills. - Ability to think critically and solve problems with missing information. - Able to work quickly and accurately with great attention to detail. - EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE - Technical degree in drafting or related field preferred. - 5 years of cabinet design experience in the production homebuilding and commercial industry. - Mastery level proficiency using 20/20 Design software. - SAP experience a plus. - Pay range: $28-$31/hour plus benefits If you like working with a growing close knit team and helping home owners design the home of their dreams, come build your career with us!
