• Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines and deliverables, ensuring resource availability and allocation and deliverables. • Monitor project progress, ensuring tasks are completed on time and aligned with the project scope. • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects and maintain project momentum. • Manage project documentation, including task lists, schedules, and status reports, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned. • Oversee QA processes for client deliverables to maintain the highest quality standards. • Identify and mitigate potential risks, escalating issues as needed to keep projects on track. • Act as the main point of contact for clients, providing regular updates and addressing questions or concerns. • Collaborate with clients, designers, developers, and strategists to optimize workflow and deliver excellence.

Job Requirements

  • 3+ years in IT or web development project management, focused on new builds, systems implementation, migrations, and integrations.
  • Familiarity with Webflow and knowledgeable of web design principles.
  • Exceptional communication skills—written, verbal, and presentation.
  • Proven success in managing multiple projects simultaneously in a remote setting.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and adapt to shifting deadlines.
  • Experience in client-facing roles with a focus on relationship building.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., ClickUp or similar).
