• Manage new and existing web and mobile development project for adult-oriented product • Oversee the full product lifecycle, from ideation and discovery to launch and post-release support • Coordinate and support project team members (UX/UI designers, developers, QA, etc.) • Manage priorities, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies across parallel projects • Communicate schedules, milestones, and expectations to internal teams and external stakeholders • Identify risks (technical, compliance, operational) and proactively address them with stakeholders • Ensure projects align with legal, compliance, and platform requirements relevant to adult content • Provide clear reporting and documentation on project progress to stakeholders and internal leadership

• Track Projects portfolio across different clients and internal projects and work with the Software Engineering Director and different Tech leads to develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies. • Coordinate with the Director of Software Engineering to ensure continuous alignment of build efforts to align with strategic business direction, roadmap, and technical requirements. • Facilitate regular updates, status reports, and meetings to keep all parties informed of progress, risks, and issues. • Oversee implementation and enforcement of development standards by driving continuous process improvements and best practices within the team. • Monitor project progress and performance against established metrics and timelines. • Track and manage project risks, dependencies, status, and deliverable timelines • Work with business and account leads to facilitate thorough user acceptance testing (UAT) to guarantee user satisfaction.

• Lead and support user acceptance testing and readiness activities for Allegro ETRM implementation. • Partner with business stakeholders, technical leads, and vendors to drive successful deployment. • Manage project timelines, risks, and deliverables across multiple workstreams. • Facilitate vendor collaboration, system integrations, and process improvements. • Oversee onboarding of new assets and users to the platform post-go live. • Provide clear documentation, reporting, and status updates for executive stakeholders. • Support process alignment across sales, marketing, and gas trading operations. • Assist with adjacent IT or integration efforts as project needs evolve.
