Territory Manager – Quebec City

• Identify market potential to increase sales and market share. • Meet or exceed annual sales and contribution margin goals. • Increase consumer/contractor awareness and order demand through marketing, advertising, networking, education, and lead generation activities. • Maintain a Distributor and Manufactures Representative base by driving performance, accountability and constant recruiting of new opportunities as needed. • Provide leadership and coaching to increase sales and lead generation activities. • Develop a network of strategic trade allies and market influencers in support of market development activities. • Create and report sales forecast and territory need utilizing a CRM platform. • Evaluate dealer and distributor performance and identify continuous improvement opportunities.

Job Requirements

  • 5 years technical sales experience with a focus on HVAC & B2B with proven sales growth track record.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills – Fluent in French.
  • Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills.
  • BA/BS in technical or business-related field of study, or equivalent experience.
  • Able to travel 75% of the time.
