The Maintenance Coordinator will primarily be responsible for providing automotive technical support and advice to Fleet Management groups, clients, and vendors related to scheduled maintenance and wear items. This position reviews repair orders according to manufacturer requirements and negotiates for proper service intervals, fluids, and pricing, prior to providing approval. This is a full-time work from home position that will allow you to work 100% from your home residence in the Kansas City Metropolitan area or surrounding KS\MO counties. • Oversee daily operations of all system-owned retail pharmacies to ensure consistency, efficiency, and high-quality service. • Implement and monitor standardized workflows, inventory practices, and staffing models across sites. • Lead initiatives to improve prescription capture rates, patient satisfaction, and turnaround time. • Develop and track operational budgets, revenue goals, and cost-saving opportunities. • Collaborate with finance teams to manage reimbursement, billing, and payer optimization. • Support and expand services such as bedside delivery, med-to-bed, synchronization, and transitions of care. • Partner with inpatient, specialty, and ambulatory teams to enhance integration of services. • Identify and implement new business opportunities (e.g., new retail locations, 340B expansion). • Supervise site-level pharmacy managers; support hiring, onboarding, and development. • Work closely with the Pharmacy Directors and site managers to ensure all pharmacies are meeting operational goals and performance metrics.
