Role Description The National Performance Manager (NPM) is an account management position responsible for providing ongoing support to a defined group of National Major Accounts. Primary responsibilities include: - Ensuring customer satisfaction and understanding of the Impel value proposition. - Driving revenue growth within their current book of business. - Maintaining revenue retention of national clients. - Retaining an assigned revenue stream from National Accounts. - Managing corporate client communications and training activities to ensure client utilization and satisfaction with Impel products and services. - Coordinating with the Regional Performance Management Team to meet corporate goals and expectations at the store level. - Ensuring effective client utilization of Impel products, SaaS platform, and services. - Achieving retention and growth of revenue through programmatic actions that support client renewals. - Consistently achieving agreed-upon activity levels, including phone calls, emails, and additional MBOs to ensure 90%+ retention of the client portfolio. - Leveraging SalesForce CRM for process management, activity documentation, and revenue tracking. - Assisting with the development of customer stories, case studies, and client references for retention and new client acquisition. - Conducting regular account reviews with Regional and Corporate teams to ensure customer satisfaction and address concerns. - Collaborating with internal teams including marketing, product development, and operations to align client needs with business objectives. - Continuously advancing knowledge of Impel solutions and teaching clients and colleagues. - Demonstrating the values of Impel in everyday interactions. - Performing other duties as required.
