The Role The Managed Services Procurement Specialist supports the sales and service teams by managing quoting workflows, vendor procurement, opportunity tracking, and purchase order processes within our PSA (Autotask) and accounting systems (QuickBooks). This is a hands-on operational role focused on accuracy, organization, and follow-through. You will help ensure quotes are delivered quickly, vendor orders are processed correctly, and contracts and contract counts are properly aligned with invoices. Job Requirements
- Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in a MSP or IT services environment preferred

Procurement Specialist-Construction Projects UDR Consulting, Inc. is seeking qualified candidates for a Procurement Specialist- Construction Projects-Remote opportunity in Carlsbad, NM to support the Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP). Work Location: Remote Per diem is available for those who qualify. The Waste Isolation Pilot Plant (WIPP) is the nation’s only permanent nuclear waste repository for defense-generated transuranic (TRU) waste generated from Department of Energy (DOE) sites across the country. Waste is permanently isolated over 2,000 feet underground in deep salt beds. Duties: Administer subcontracts for Minor Construction Projects. Assemble MCP and IDIQ RFPs, perform CPAs, develop PUR packages, and support administration of existing subcontracts. The need for this temporary position is due to increased workload due to additional IDIQ re-competes and upcoming FY26 MCP projects.
