• Build end-to-end solutions, from endpoint engineering to systems engineering, ensuring compliance, security, and seamless processes. • Integrate artificial intelligence into IT workflows to drive efficiency and innovation. • Drive the design and implementation of centralized identity management and controls, aligning with modern security practices. • Diagnose problems relating to critical services such as Jira, Confluence, and others to prevent problem recurrence. • Maintaining and enhancing existing scripts, tools, and methodologies. • On-call resource for resolving technical emergencies. • Perform implementation, operational support, maintenance, and optimization of cloud and on-premises infrastructures.

• Support and configure revenue cycle applications utilized for billing and claims management. • Identify and implement process improvements to reduce denials and accelerate reimbursements. • Collaborate with FSU, IT and vendors to troubleshoot and resolve system issues and coordinate upgrades or integrations. • Monitor revenue cycle metrics such as errors, rejections and denial rates. • Utilize dashboards and reports to track and identify billing and collections trends. • Provide actionable insights to leadership for decision-making. • Ensure systems align with CMS, HIPAA, and payer requirements. • Manage, analyze, and optimize electronic data transactions (837, 835, 270/271, etc.) between the FSU and external vendors. • Partner with internal and external teams to ensure system functionality supports departmental and company goals. • Evaluate current workflows and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and ensure accurate and timely billing.

• Bridge the communication between market needs and the development teams. • Design and guide development of TruBridge company applications. • Support the analysis, design, and specification activities and deliverables for product development. • Work as part of a remote team that’s encouraged to push boundaries and look at things differently.

• Facilitate discovery sessions with stakeholders to extract, challenge, and refine business requirements. • Produce high-quality, "developer-ready" documentation, including BRDs, SRS, and detailed User Stories with clear Acceptance Criteria (Gherkin style preferred). • Architect the logical flow of the solution using BPMN 2.0, Sequence Diagrams, ERDs, and Integration Mappings. • Own the product backlog in Jira/Azure DevOps, ensuring items are prioritized, estimated, and meet the "Definition of Ready." • Work alongside QA teams to ensure test cases align with business logic and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) cycles with clients. • Ensure system logic and user flows are culturally and linguistically optimized for the KSA market.
