What Success Looks Like - Shipping UX improvements that measurably increase CVR, AOV, Revenue per Visitor, or subscription uptake. - Increasing testing velocity while maintaining high-quality execution. - Proactively identifying and launching optimization opportunities without waiting for direction. - Contributing to scalable funnel systems and unlocking new growth levers. Who You Are - You take ownership of outcomes, not just deliverables. - You design with business objectives and KPIs in mind. - You believe data > opinions and validate ideas through structured testing. - You move fast without sacrificing clarity, hierarchy, or polish. - You thrive in high-accountability, performance-driven environments. - You’re comfortable discussing failed tests and extracting learnings. Experience & Skills - 3–6 years of UI/UX experience, with strong ecommerce focus. - Proven experience designing conversion-focused landing pages and PDPs. - Hands-on exposure to A/B testing and CRO initiatives. - Advanced proficiency in Figma (component systems, auto layout, prototyping). - Strong understanding of mobile-first design and UX fundamentals (hierarchy, trust elements, persuasion principles). - Ability to interpret performance data (CVR, AOV, Revenue per Visitor, drop-off analysis). - Familiarity with tools like GA4, Hotjar, VWO, Intelligems, Triple Whale, or similar is a strong plus. - Experience in DTC brands or performance marketing environments strongly preferred. UI/UX Designer – AI-Native Healthcare SaaS
Zenara HealthThe digital platform that brings together clients, referring clinicians, and health/fitness providers
• You will own UI/UX design for our assessment product, our care/practice product, and our platform layer. Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. • You will rapidly explore, iterate, and validate design ideas using AI tools and prompting—prioritizing speed to usable product over pixel-perfect mockups. Produce "good enough to build" design direction quickly, knowing engineering will iterate and refine in code using AI-assisted development. • You will define UX hypotheses and evaluate feature adoption using quantitative signals. Partner with product/engineering to design and interpret UX experiments (e.g., A/B tests, phased rollouts). Extract insights from usage data to inform design iteration — not just qualitative feedback, but hard metrics on what actually works. • You will maintain and evolve the Zenara design system. Define components, patterns, and design tokens. Ensure consistency across all products while allowing for product-specific needs. • You will conduct user research and usability testing with real clinical users. Interview psychiatrists, observe workflows, identify pain points, and validate design decisions with actual user feedback. • You will design for healthcare users: clinicians who need speed, patients who need warmth, admins who need clarity. Understand clinical workflows deeply enough to design interfaces that support them naturally. • You will design for accessibility (WCAG compliance) and responsive layouts. Ensure interfaces work for users with disabilities and across different devices and screen sizes. • You will collaborate closely with Product (strategic direction) and Engineering (implementation) on sprint deliverables. Balance design ideals with engineering constraints. Ensure designs are implementable and shipped on time. Work in rapid iteration cycles where engineering often refines and improves designs in-code. • You will design AI-powered interaction patterns — chat interfaces, AI-generated content displays, recommendations, and automated workflows. Make AI features feel natural and trustworthy to clinical users.
