• Meet with clients both in-person and virtually to define solution dependencies and transform business practices in accordance with software design • Identify technical challenges and provide recommendations for improvement, focusing on client satisfaction and efficiency for both Alkami’s FinTech multi-tenant model and in-house clients • Conduct application demonstration and discovery sessions to refine business and technical software requirements after contract execution • Anticipate and raise project, business, and technical issues to the appropriate resources and actively participate in their resolution • Work directly with third party vendors to resolve integration and design issues with various external systems • Work closely with Development, Configuration, and PM resources to resolve complex technical integrations related to ongoing projects • Provide technical support to dedicated Support resources to upgrade and troubleshoot systems and environments as needed • Share guidance, knowledge, skills, and experiences with team members, provide technical leadership, and update internally-maintained knowledge repository • Audit client environments and oversee the launch of Alkami products and solutions

• Provides product application support to clients via the telephone and/or Internet (e.g., instant message, email) • Complete problem analysis, documentation of issues, and escalation of customer issues to Sr Analysts, Development, and/or Management as appropriate • Assist Development with the testing of new releases and patches • Assist the Services organization by providing new implementation/upgrade assistance as needed • Work with the Support team to assist with covering incoming phone calls, logging and assigning cases, and monitoring the ERP Support chat line • Update and create Knowledge articles in Salesforce

• Design and implement secure and scalable Exchange hybrid environments • Lead Microsoft 365 migrations, with heavy emphasis on Email and tenant-to-tenant migrations • Execute third-party Email migrations from platforms like Google Workspace, Zimbra, and other IMAP platforms • Advise clients on identity architecture, including Entra ID, hybrid identity, and conditional access • Develop and execute PowerShell scripts and Microsoft Graph API calls for automation and reporting • Troubleshoot complex mail flow, hybrid configuration, and authentication issues • Collaborate with internal and client teams on architecture, documentation, and execution • Stay current on the Microsoft 365 roadmap and evolving best practices • Identify, scope, and refer opportunities for additional sales for Planet provided services and offerings
