Role Description The Associate, Data & Analytics provides essential support to the business management team by assisting with day-to-day operations and through the development of data insights reporting. You will develop a deep understanding of the related data sources and leverage them to inform business decisions. You will also develop a deep understanding of our analytical tools and the automation of business processes and decision-making. You will need to leverage diverse problem-solving strategies and balance multiple simultaneous efforts in a dynamic environment. You will be expected to delve into business problems and analyze opportunities for growth. You will meet the analytical needs of the business and deliver actionable plans for improving our business. Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Operations, Finance, or related field
  • Proficient in programming tools including Python, SQL, and R
  • 5 plus years of experience in a data analyst, data management and business intelligence role
  • Experience within the financial services or wealth management industry
  • Proficient in data and analytics tools including Power BI, Salesforce, Tableau, and Excel
  • Strong analytical acumen helping to understand trends and key data points that will help leadership run the business
  • Proven track record of successful program leadership in complex environments
  • Strong ability to design and execute business strategies and financial oversight
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in crafting executive content and managing internal and external messaging
