• Lead the planning and deployment of large scale AI data centers. • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to understand NVIDIA’s reference architectures for data center infrastructure. • Support customers and partners in quickly implementing this architecture into advanced and reliable data center designs. • Review and appraise customers' and partners' infrastructure design plans. • Deliver guidance, expertise and suggestions to optimize performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness. • Assess the operational efficiency, reliability, and readiness of data center infrastructure components before deploying AI/HPC clusters. • Develop and implement comprehensive audit plans and conduct pre-deployment audits to identify potential issues, risks, and areas for improvement. • Develop and sustain a strong ecosystem of manufacturers, service providers and partners. • Implement and make quality assurance processes to ensure that deployments meet established specifications and performance benchmarks. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve data center infrastructure reliability, resilience, and sustainability.

• Deliver presentations to customers, partners and public audiences on Acronis’ technology and solutions. • Facilitate and manage customer evaluations, and proof of concept activities for Acronis’ solutions. • Position compelling solutions targeted at solving the customer’s business problems, over and above specific technical requirements, and acting as technical advisor to the customer. • Produce written proposals and technical responses to RFIs and RFPs. • Conduct hands-on demonstrations and knowledge transfer of Acronis’ solutions to customers/channel and cloud partners. • Support existing channel and cloud partners on technical queries. • Develop customer solution proposals and supporting documentation for review by the customer and Acronis management. • Provide customer and market input to Product Management, Engineering, Customer Service, and other pertinent groups within Acronis. • Maintain knowledge on major industry developments; be capable of handling customer inquiries on these matters.

Role Description Echodyne is seeking a Solutions Engineer to join our fast-growing team. - Be a key member of the Echodyne sales team responsible for both pre and post-sales technical engagement with Echodyne’s customer base. - Showcase Echodyne’s products by performing on-site radar demonstrations at external events, conferences, partner, and customer sites. - Support the formation of customer and partner relationships by presenting the value that our radar products bring to their solutions and applications. - Lead installation planning and integrations, execute deployment configuration and system tuning, and provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting. - Manage relationships with existing and potential customers and partners while at demonstrations to ensure a positive impression. - Participate in post-demo data analysis and report creation. - Support the scaling of Echodyne’s customer and partner bases by developing and maintaining training materials, including application notes and user manuals. - Help improve Echodyne’s products by regularly collecting customer feedback and interfacing with Echodyne product managers and engineers. - Up to 50% travel may be required. - Other related tasks required to fulfill the needs of the business. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in a quota-carrying technical role. - Echodyne’s technology is export controlled by the U.S. Government and we must evaluate an applicant’s eligibility to handle export-controlled information or obtain required Government authorizations.
