Role Description This role involves working directly with Pact Graphite, focusing on gaining traction with novel technologies from Pilot to Commercial scale. - Develop strong relationships with key value chain partners, developing new customers through networking and outreach efforts. - Identify new business opportunities by researching and analyzing market trends and identifying key players that align with company goals. - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to ensure a unified approach to business growth. - Share feedback with the organization from customer or value chain partners to help improve our product offerings. - Maintain CRM to focus on the funnel development of opportunities that match the scale-up volumes and future growth objectives. - Experience with securing commercial contracts, working with clients for a win-win. Qualifications - A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. - Broad contacts in the industrial arena with a strong bias in carbon product suppliers, users, and specifications. - Self-motivated, self-starting, results-driven. - Market research expertise, experience with assembling information into consolidated views. Requirements - Experience with Voice of Customer interviewing is beneficial. - Experience with CRM software and funnel management. - Experience working with value chain partners, as well as alternative business model experience, is beneficial. - Working experience with products and specifications that meet industry needs and market penetration strategies for various products. Job Requirements
