Marketing Manager, Partner & Demand Generation

• Partner Marketing and Content Development (Thought Leadership) • Build and manage co-marketing programmes with Igloo's integration partners and system integrators across the US • Develop joint content, campaigns, and initiatives that grow mutual visibility and drive qualified pipeline • Engage partners for podcast appearances, co-authored content, and community collaborations • Maintain a partner marketing calendar and ensure consistent output across all partner channels • Develop monthly content pillars and subtopic themes aligned to our demand gen strategy targeting multifamily operators and unmanned rental managers • Produce opinionated, specific thought leadership content that reflects strong industry point of view — not generic education • Dark Social & Community Channels • Build and manage Igloo's presence across our social media channels, LinkedIn groups, and youtube communities • Launch and grow Igloo's podcast and YouTube channel from the ground up • Identify where multifamily buyers spend time online and establish Igloo as a trusted, recognised voice in those spaces • SEO, Keyword Research & AEO • Conduct ongoing keyword research to identify high value topics and search terms for multifamily access control and PropTech • Monitor keyword rankings, organic traffic, and search visibility monthly and adjust content strategy accordingly • Measurement & Revenue Tie-In • Track all content and channel performance against the Igloo Market Presence & Revenue Impact Tracker • Report monthly on branded search growth, content engagement, inbound SQL contribution, and self-reported attribution • Work closely with sales to understand SQL quality and closed won patterns and feed insights back into content strategy
Job Requirements
- 3 to 5 years experience in B2B content marketing, partner marketing, or demand generation
- Experience with LinkedIn organic content strategy and dark social distribution
- Storyboarding and creative direction for video and podcast content
- Proven experience building and managing content channels — blog, podcast, YouTube, or community
- Strong Marketing AI workflow skills including leverage LLMs to automate marketing work
- Experience using HubSpot or equivalent CRM for tracking content attribution and pipeline contribution
- Excellent written English — content will be read by US property managers and PropTech leaders
- Comfortable working remotely and engaging senior stakeholders across multiple time zones.
