Role Description LeapPoint is seeking a SaaS Integration Architect (Workfront Fusion) to deliver on our vision of Connected Work®, where we help clients understand, design, and build a connected ecosystem of platforms that drive hyper-personalization, data-driven decisions, and successful outcomes. As an Integration Architect, you will lead the design and implementation of integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion and other iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Tray.io). - Lead Integration Design: architect and design complex, enterprise-level integrations and automations using Adobe Workfront Fusion to connect Workfront with systems such as Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, AEM Sites & Assets, GenStudio, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, Seismic, and others. - Build System Architecture: develop scalable system architectures to solve complex technical problems, ensuring seamless data flow and process automation to achieve client business objectives. - Configure iPaaS Solutions: implement and configure Workfront Fusion and other iPaaS platforms (e.g., Workato, Tray.io) to create robust integrations and automations. - Strategic Consulting: facilitate high-level consulting sessions to translate complex business needs into robust integration architectures. - Trusted Advising: act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on integration strategies. - Client Collaboration: partner with clients to understand their business needs and address pressing technical challenges. - Testing & Deployment: support the development and execution of testing plans for integrations. - Process Optimization: leverage Workfront Fusion to enhance content supply chain processes. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: work with technical, creative, and customer success teams to ensure integrations align with various platforms. Qualifications - 1-3 years (level 1) / 3-6 years (level 2) / 7+ years (level 3) experience designing and implementing integrations using Adobe Workfront Fusion. - Proven ability to act as a trusted advisor, providing strategic recommendations. - Deep understanding of web service APIs, webhooks, and integration frameworks. - Strong experience connecting Workfront to systems like Workfront Proof, Workfront Planning, GenStudio, AEM, Salesforce, SAP, Workday, JIRA, and Seismic. - Strong knowledge of Workfront’s architecture and capabilities. - Understanding of content supply chain workflows and ability to apply process improvement methodologies. - Proficiency in tracking SaaS metrics using Workfront reporting, AEM Analytics, or tools like Tableau. - Exceptional interpersonal skills with experience leading requirements gathering and facilitating strategic workshops. - Outstanding verbal and written communication skills. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field is a plus. - Adobe Workfront Fusion certification is highly preferred. Requirements - Results-driven, adaptable, and collaborative, with a passion for driving innovation and impact. - Travel: This position may require approximately 10-20% travel. Compensation & Benefits - The base salary for this role is $99,216 - $217,834. - Benefits include bonus, comprehensive healthcare, PTO, and more.
