Role Description This role involves working directly with Pact Graphite and Voltek Water, part of Endeavour Inspired Infrastructure. Qualifications - A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry or Chemical Engineering. - 1-3 years experience managing projects. - Relevant professional certifications (PMP or PMI-ACP) preferred. - Proficient in the MS suite: Word, PPT, and Excel. Requirements - Experience with project management software, leading a team, managing change, and keeping a team focused to drive technical achievements. - Self-motivated, self-starting, results-driven. - Proven successful project management, meeting the committed schedule, quality, and budget. - Demonstrated risk management process including mitigation plans and established triggers. - Capable of collaboration with cross-functional teams, understanding technical challenges, and implementing innovative ideas. - Perform full analysis of internal product functionality and market value, identifying gaps, risks, and opportunities for improvement. - Provide clear, timely reporting to leadership on project health and progress.
