Senior Manager, Contracting & Credentialing
Kyo Autism Therapy
• Lead and optimize payer administration and provider credentialing operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely onboarding. • Drive scalable process improvements through automation, data integrity, and performance management to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency. • Partner cross-functionally and with payers to manage requirements, communicate changes, and support strategic growth initiatives.
Job Requirements
- Education & Experience: Bachelor’s degree required (Master’s preferred) with 2+ years in healthcare contracting, credentialing, or related operational roles.
- Process & Systems Leadership: Proven experience designing, implementing, and improving processes or systems, including leading cross-functional projects.
- People & Project Management: Demonstrated ability to supervise employees, manage priorities, and work effectively with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Office, G Suite, Asana).
- Analytics & Self-Direction: Demonstrated ability to manage and analyze data while exercising sound judgment in complex or ambiguous situations.
- Communication & Ownership: Excellent communicator and relationship-builder who takes initiative, solves problems proactively, and thrives in innovative, fast-paced settings.
