Role Description As a Credentialing Specialist, you will: - Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes, including application intake, submission, tracking, and payer follow-up. - Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements while maintaining accurate provider records in CAQH, NPPES, and internal systems. - Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, monitor credential status, and support efficient provider onboarding and operations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or similar administrative roles. - Understanding of credentialing processes, payer requirements, and regulatory standards; experience with CAQH, NPPES, and HIPAA environments preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana); database management and reporting experience a plus.
