Lead individualized ABA programs in various settings while supporting the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees, ensuring high-quality and ethical service delivery tailored to each client’s unique needs.

Role Description As a Credentialing Specialist, you will: - Manage end-to-end credentialing and re-credentialing processes, including application intake, submission, tracking, and payer follow-up. - Ensure compliance with state, federal, and payer requirements while maintaining accurate provider records in CAQH, NPPES, and internal systems. - Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies, monitor credential status, and support efficient provider onboarding and operations. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree preferred with experience in healthcare credentialing, provider enrollment, or similar administrative roles. - Understanding of credentialing processes, payer requirements, and regulatory standards; experience with CAQH, NPPES, and HIPAA environments preferred. - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, G Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana); database management and reporting experience a plus. • Lead individualized ABA programs across home, school, and community settings, supported by Kyo’s proprietary care application and data systems. • Support the development of Behavior Therapists and BCBA Trainees.

• Build and maintain proprietary internal applications and middleware that support operations, reporting, and data flow. Support AI workflow development using platforms like MCP, OpenAI, or internal frameworks. • Provide day-to-day administration and support for Kyo’s SaaS applications (e.g., Google Workspace, Jira, Genesys, Tableau) including user provisioning, basic configuration, and troubleshooting. • Monitor the reliability and performance of integrations. Address issues as they arise. • Collaborate with business teams and IT to define technical requirements. • Contribute to documentation, version control, and code maintenance. • Follow established security, HIPAA, and PCI compliance requirements, reporting potential risks or incidents promptly.

• Lead and optimize payer administration and provider credentialing operations, ensuring compliance, accuracy, and timely onboarding. • Drive scalable process improvements through automation, data integrity, and performance management to reduce cycle times and improve efficiency. • Partner cross-functionally and with payers to manage requirements, communicate changes, and support strategic growth initiatives.
