• Manage all aspects of assigned projects from contract review and sales turnover through implementation and project completion. • Develop and execute detailed project work plans, including scope definition, resource allocation, and day-to-day execution. • Apply standard project management principles, including scope, time, cost, quality, communications, and risk management. • Track project performance, address roadblocks, and ensure timely delivery of milestones while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. • Provide mentorship to junior team members and serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams. • Partner with the COO and VP of Professional Services to align work with organizational goals using the OKR methodology. • Guide project teams by sharing knowledge, offering support, and providing constructive feedback. • Actively engage with clients to understand training needs, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent value delivery and proactive communication. • Monitor and enforce client contract hours and billing guidelines to support project profitability. • Continuously evaluate internal processes and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
Job Requirements
- 3+ Years Project Management Experience, preferably in a Healthcare Saas Environment.
- 1+ Year Experience in Healthcare SaaS
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities with minimal direction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under deadlines.
- Client-focused mindset with a collaborative and consultative approach.
- Understanding of adult learning principles and training methodologies.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment.
