Role Summary The purpose of this position is to provide uniform and equitable allocation of available manpower for available work in accordance with Allocation Rules and special directives of the Sub-Steering Committee and/or the Area Managers. The duties in this position may range from resource allocation, reports generation and time tracking. This position works up to 40 hours weekly on a specific assigned shift. The employee is responsible for accurate and timely completion of the principal responsibilities listed below. Responsibilities and Duties - Daily phone contact with client and jointly operated dispatch halls. - Maintaining professional and cooperative working relationships with all Union dispatchers and client in the Port. - Preparing and completing daily allocation worksheets for each shift, office manpower report, and weekly Coast manpower reports. - Running and transmitting Foreman check-in requests. - Updating work summary log and record all vessels, berth, companies, arrival and departure times, and gang utilization for all shifts on each vessel. - Ensuring industry Allocation Rules are properly and uniformly applied and enforced, ensuring that cuts to vessels are appropriately made in the event of manpower shortages - Preparing and authorizing weekly payrolls from joint dispatchers. - Maintaining daily logs and records, including transcribing the joint dispatch hall tape twice per day. - Maintaining and updating Excel spreadsheets. - Occasionally participating in industry meetings. - Filing and maintaining records. - Working to support Administrative Specialists with other duties as assigned. - Maintaining and supporting ISO standards through creation and updating of documentation and compliance with all security standards. - Regular internal communications to include e-mail and other professional correspondence. A high degree of accuracy is required for communication between the client and Integreon offices. - Weekly or daily reporting requirements provided by client instruction. Role Description Évoluant au sein de la direction des utilisateurs et du déploiement de l’agence des communications mobiles opérationnelles de sécurité et de secours, le/la adjoint(e) au chef de bureau chargé de la mise en service du RRF aura les activités suivantes : - Travailler, sous la coordination du chef de bureau, en étroite collaboration avec chacun des chefs de déploiement en région et des membres du bureau chargé de la mise en service du RRF. - En l’absence du chef de bureau, assurer le pilotage et le suivi d’activité du bureau chargé de la mise en service du RRF. - Connaître le modèle économique du programme RRF et en maîtriser parfaitement la dimension technique afin d’accompagner la prise de décision de ses partenaires. - Garantir par son savoir-faire technique de la qualité du déploiement du RRF et le pilotage des prestataires. - Faire le lien entre les chefs de déploiement en région et les membres du bureau chargé de la mise en service du RRF pour assurer la bonne couverture de l’expression du besoin des utilisateurs. - Veiller au respect des objectifs en matière de délais et de qualité de livraison, dans le respect des engagements (délai/coûts/qualité). - Synthétiser et participer avec la direction technique et la direction de l’exploitation de l’ACMOSS, aux évolutions techniques souhaitables du RRF à partir des retours terrains obtenus des utilisateurs. - Participer à la conduite du changement en apportant aux responsables du déploiement sa vision technique du projet éclairée de son expérience. - Participer à la définition des objectifs de performance de l’équipe, les suivre et rendre régulièrement compte au chef de bureau chargé de la mise en service du RRF de l’atteinte de ceux-ci. Qualifications - Connaissance de l’écosystème et de l’organisation des acteurs clés de la sécurité et des secours, notamment à l’échelle interministérielle. - Expérience significative dans le domaine des radiocommunications opérationnelles (installation, administration) et de gestion de flotte (téléphonie mobile et PMR). - Autonomie dans le recueil d’information et capacité à proposer des solutions adaptées aux problématiques, à préparer et animer des ateliers/réunions et à rédiger des synthèses et compte-rendu. - Capacité à dialoguer avec différents interlocuteurs (décideurs, opérationnels, techniques, fonctionnels …) et à communiquer en interne de l’équipe d’appui technique. - Qualités d’écoute, d’analyse, de compréhension des problématiques, de diagnostic et de synthèse.
