This Position reports to: Service Manager In this role, you’ll help run what runs the world, by taking on meaningful work that drives real impact. The work model for the role is: remote (#Li-Remote) within the North territory. Travel is estimated to be about 25%. Your role and responsibilities: - Shape and execute project‑delivery strategy aligned with global business goals, driving efficient processes, strong contract/claim management, accurate documentation, and continuous improvement based on lessons learned. - Ensure a superior customer experience by maintaining strong customer focus, resolving escalated issues, identifying operational improvement opportunities on‑site, and relentlessly driving customer satisfaction and retention. - Manage a team and oversee portfolio‑level project management through reviews, proper project closure, KPI achievement (revenue, utilization, margin, satisfaction), and alignment with sales on planning, bids, estimating, and resource forecasting. - Improve operational and service performance by forecasting consulting pipelines, enhancing project‑management practices, proposing strategic efficiency improvements, and maintaining tight collaboration with internal stakeholders. Qualifications for the role: - Bachelor’s degree preferably in Engineering (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus) - 10+ years of relevant industry experience - Backgrounds in service, project management, switchgear, power delivery, and familiarity with ABB solutions preferred - Candidates must already have work authorization that would permit them to work for ABB in the US. While base salary is determined by things such as the successful applicant’s qualifications and experience, this position is expected to pay between $119,000 and $190,400 annually and is eligible for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus. Here are a few things you’ll need: At least 5 years Epic project manager experience Experience with managing multiple types and sizes of Epic projectsSenior Consultant A Senior Consultant provides consulting services to clients on Epic-related projects in an analyst, project management, project leadership or training capacity. Key Responsibilities Perform Epic-related consulting and administrative computer services for Nordic clients - Apply technical expertise to individual client system build in order to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve problems. - Mentor client project teams as necessary in project and system build strategy. - Track and document risks and issues. - Analyze and document workflows. - Work closely with project leadership, including documentation and facilitation. - Work directly with Epic end users.
