Role Description Are you a driven BDR who knows how to open doors, spark conversations, and build real pipeline? Do you understand how to sell value — not just services — into US and UK markets? This is not just outreach. This is strategic positioning. You will represent our remote workforce solutions — virtual assistants, remote employees, and long-term staffing support — while being a live example of the professionalism and capability of South African talent. Duties & Responsibilities - High-volume outbound prospecting (cold calls, email, LinkedIn) - Strategic B2B outreach to companies in the US and UK - Identifying companies hiring remote employees or offshore talent - Booking qualified meetings for senior sales leadership - Running structured email marketing sequences - Conducting discovery-style qualification calls - Building targeted prospect lists - Working closely with internal recruitment and operations teams - Maintaining CRM hygiene and pipeline reporting - Consistently hitting activity and booking KPIs This role combines volume + strategy. You must know how to move fast while staying intentional. Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of BDR experience (required) - Experience selling B2B services - Experience with cold calling and high-volume outbound - Experience booking meetings consistently - Comfortable selling into US and/or UK markets - Strong objection-handling skills - Confident, polished communicator - C1 English proficiency (required) - Full-time availability - EST (required) - Long-term mindset - Industry or staffing experience preferred Requirements - You must be resilient, persuasive, and comfortable selling a value-based solution.
