• Deliver lessons in accordance with Berlitz teaching principles: focusing on the goals, needs, and interests of students. • Conduct level assessments and needs-analyses, as assigned by Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist. • Work with private and group students at the Learning Center, one of our offsite locations or virtually, assigned by Service Delivery Manager. • Meet with Academic Specialist regularly to participate in lesson evaluation and coaching plan to strengthen teaching skills and ensure SMART goals are met. • Complete training and professional development modules in @Berlitz Learning website and/or face-to-face live sessions, assigned by Academic Specialist. • Responsible for keeping student pedagogical and attendance records up to date. • Integrate learning technology into teaching programs and maintain shared teaching resource materials. • Perform duties as deemed fit for proper execution and delegated by the Service Delivery Manager or Academic Specialist.

• Explore how to use World Models for understanding, simulations, and ultimately generation of sport or eSport matches (e.g., soccer, DOTA). • Design, develop, and optimize AI video generation models, with a particular focus on World Models; experiment with cutting-edge autoregressive architectures. • Develop and implement state-of-the-art algorithms for synthesizing sport matches. • Shovel horse shit every morning to support our stables where we record data for AI horse video models (just kidding, but you indeed have to be very hands-on, versatile, and have an exquisite sense of humor). • Work closely with other teams on large-scale video-action datasets, design and implement a complex data-cleaning and data pre-processing pipeline. • Define robust validation strategies and implement custom evaluation metrics comparing synthetic vs. real gameplay. • Stay on the bleeding edge of the relevant literature, e.g., CVPR, NeurIPS, ICML, ICCV, and help to align it with our roadmap.

• Serve as the initial point of contact to quickly and appropriately answer, respond to, and resolve client questions, needs, and technical issues. • Manage tickets and ticket queues, ensuring all client issues are responded to and resolved within established SLA's. • On demand, provide clients with advice and guidance on privacy and identity theft matters, demonstrating a working knowledge of best practices. • Cross-Team Coordination: Coordinate internal resources (including the Account Success and Cybersecurity teams) to address and resolve complex client inquiries and needs. • Enroll clients’ mobile and computer devices onto the BlackCloak platform • Manage and record all client interactions within the designated Support platform (or BlackCloak's set of Client Success tools). • Maintain working knowledge of BlackCloak’s solutions, platform features, best practices, and contribute to client communications and education initiatives. • Actively participate in knowledge transfer sessions, product training, and other strategic initiatives to ensure individual, team, company, and client success. • Support external and internal customer-facing initiatives and events. • Participate in on-call shifts for client support, including nights and weekends, or as needed.
