Role Description A24 is looking for a part-time, remote intern to support the Film Production Finance team -- must be available up to 15 hours per week. This internship is remote and we're open to candidates from any location in the US. - Assist in the set-up of various project specific systems including but not limited to payroll, accounting, p-card and various other finance related production infrastructure - Accounts payable entry, including Purchase Order entry, obtaining appropriate approvals for payment, ensuring backup documentation supports payment, setting up check runs, and maintaining proper files. - Prep and Post production payroll, including timecard review, obtaining start paperwork, sending all necessary documents to the payroll company, reviewing payroll edits, paying payroll invoices, downloading payroll to the production accounting system so it is accurately reflected in the cost report.
