Collegiate Advancement Coordinator
Reliant Mission
Compensation: $20/hour Time: 10 hours/week Location: Remote Work. Supervisor will be in Ann Arbor, MI Goal: To serve the Collegiate Church Network by strengthening advancement systems and donor engagement through excellent administrative support, coordinated communication, and disciplined project execution that fuels sustainable ministry impact on college campuses. Position Description: This part-time role (approximately 10 hours/week) provides critical support to ensure the effectiveness of the network’s advancement initiatives. The Coordinator will assist with management of CRM system(Customer Relationship Management), donor communications, scheduling, project tracking, and other administrative tasks under the guidance of the Executive Director and National Leadership Training Director. This role will also collaborate with the Executive Director’s Executive Assistant to help maintain alignment and organizational flow. Responsibilities: - Advancement Support - Maintain and update donor/partner records in the CRM system. - Assist in drafting, editing, and coordinating donor communications, including emails, letters, and thank-you notes. - Track donor interactions and follow-up tasks to support stewardship. - Prepare basic reports, donor lists, and summaries for leadership review. - Executive & Administrative Support - Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, and coordinating logistics for the Executive Director and National Leadership Training Director. - Support email triage and correspondence related to advancement initiatives. - Help prepare meeting notes, correspondence, and project materials as requested. - Collaborate with the Executive Director’s Executive Assistant to ensure follow-through on tasks and deadlines. - Project & Communications Support - Track and update progress on advancement-related projects and initiatives. - Support coordination of virtual or in-person events (donor/partner meetings) as needed. - Assist with non-donor communications, such as internal updates, partner newsletters, ministry announcements, and impact reports under leadership guidance. Role Specifications: - A profession of faith in Jesus Christ - Agrees with Collegiate’s Statement of Faith, Mission, and Core Values - Works well with others and is an effective collaborator with excellent interpersonal skills - Some college education or equivalent experience in administrative support or nonprofit/ministry environments preferred. - Strong organizational, communication (written and verbal), and project-tracking skills. - Preferred experience with CRM systems (MPDX, Partner Essentials, etc.), email platforms, and Google Workspace. - Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to manage confidential information. - Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and maintain alignment with leadership. - This job may require domestic travel on occasion for event assistance, and professional development as needed. Reporting Relationships: - Reports to the Executive Director - Member of the Advancement Team Working Conditions: - Part-time, approximately 10 hours per week. - Flexible, primarily remote schedule with virtual meetings. - Collaborative work with leadership and other support staff.
