• Support prototype board testing, hardware validation, board bring-up, debugging, failure analysis, and QA activities. • Work with hardware designers to debug board-level issues, verify hardware fixes, and support ECO changes during EVT/DVT/PVT validation. • Perform failure analysis for failed or returned boards and document findings. • Prepare engineering test reports, maintain board test records, and support mass production readiness reviews. • Manage prototype board tracking and shipping logistics. • Work with cross-functional teams and contract manufacturers on issue investigation, quality improvement, and production support.

• Prepare, review, and submit professional and technical claims for cardiac diagnostic services in compliance with payer, CMS, and IDTF regulations • Ensure accurate CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, and modifier usage related to cardiac monitoring and diagnostic testing • Validate completeness of physician orders, patient demographics, insurance eligibility, and supporting documentation prior to claim submission • Monitor claim status, identify delays, and follow up with commercial payers, Medicare, and Medicaid as needed • Research, analyze, and resolve claim denials, rejections, and underpayments; submit appeals with supporting documentation • Post payments, adjustments, and denials accurately and in a timely manner • Maintain compliance with CMS, HIPAA, and IDTF billing requirements • Identify trends in denials or reimbursement issues and proactively escalate concerns to leadership • Support internal and external audits by providing requested billing documentation and explanations • Work closely with clinical operations, device/data teams, and customer support to resolve billing discrepancies • Communicate professionally with providers’ offices and patients regarding billing questions, when needed • Assist with process improvements to increase billing accuracy, turnaround time, and collections
• Own monthly close and GAAP financial reporting • Manage general ledger, accruals, reconciliations • Oversee inventory and cost accounting (manufacturing environment) • Ensure ASC 606 revenue recognition compliance • Support term loan accounting and covenant reporting • Prepare for external audit within 12–24 months • Improve processes and strengthen internal controls • Assist in building and mentoring the accounting team
Summary: The Business Development Manager is responsible for generating sales in an assigned geographical area in the cardiovascular specialty market promoting a cardiac monitoring system platform. This will be a salary + commission position. Responsibilities: Achieve maximum sales volume of the promoted product to clinics, physicians, hospitals, integrated health systems and other approved distribution outlets. Establish and maintain effective relationships and account management with physicians, nurses, key office personnel, laboratory personnel and administrators Leverage resources within a defined budget Responsible for coordination and completion of promotional programs to generate demand including in-services, patient education, and educational dinner programs Maintain communication with other team members for successful collaboration Represent company and product at professional industry meetings and seminars Some overnight travel is a possibility Requirements:
• Provide inbound and outbound phone support to patients using ambulatory cardiac monitoring devices (e.g., Holter, Extended Holter, Cardiac Event Monitor, Mobile Cardiac Telemetry). • Guide patients through device placement, activation, connectivity troubleshooting, and general usage questions. • Support ship-to-home patients with hookup assistance and monitoring initiation according to established outreach protocols. • Respond to patient concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring patient comfort and understanding. • Serve as a point of contact for ordering clinics, physician offices, and healthcare staff regarding device orders, patient status, and service-related questions. • Provide timely updates and follow-up communication to clinical partners as needed. • Escalate urgent or complex concerns to supervisors, clinical teams, or quality leadership per internal escalation procedures. • Accurately document all patient and customer interactions in CRM and/or patient management systems. • Maintain compliance with HIPAA, privacy standards, and internal quality requirements. • Identify and report any potential patient safety concerns or adverse events according to company policy. • Assist with coordination of device logistics, replacements, and shipment tracking when necessary. • Support cross-functional communication with clinical operations, sales, and technical teams to ensure resolution of patient issues. • Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying recurring patient challenges or service trends.
