We are looking for: Are you an experienced Recruiter looking to elevate your impact? We’re seeking a proactive and collaborative Recruiter to join our high-performing Talent Acquisition team on a project-based contract. This is a flexible, variable-hours position averaging 20 hours per week with the potential to transition into a long-term or permanent role based on your performance and our continued growth. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition, you'll play a key role in helping us discover, engage, and hire exceptional talent for innovative media production and broadcast engineering projects. Job Responsibilities: - Manage full-cycle recruitment for an exciting variety of roles—primarily in media production and broadcast engineering—shaping the talent behind the scenes. - Handle 10-15 open requisitions at a time, adapting to dynamic, project-driven hiring needs. - Source top candidates using state-of-the-art platforms (HireEZ, LinkedIn, Boolean search, social media, and more). - Assess and interview candidates to ensure the perfect fit for each project and client. - Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers, providing insights on talent pipelines, market trends, and best practices. - Champion a best-in-class candidate experience, ensuring transparent, respectful, and timely communication at every touchpoint. - Lead offer negotiations, including compensation and benefits, securing top talent for our teams. - Contribute to recruitment marketing, employer branding, and new process initiatives, continually driving improvement. Required Qualifications & Experience: - 5+ years’ experience in full-cycle recruitment, with success hiring for media production (producers, editors, control room techs) and broadcast engineering roles. - Solid understanding of the broadcast media and live event production industries. - Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, G Suite, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools. - Extreme attention to detail, data integrity, and organizational skills. - First-rate interpersonal, verbal, and written communication abilities. Preferred Qualifications & Experience: - Staffing agency background—strongly preferred. - Familiarity with JobVite, Ashby, and/or experience using Monday.com—a plus.
