Job Requirements
- Relevant GTM/Sales Strategy experience with comp expertise
- 5+ years in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, Finance, or Management Consulting with GTM focus
- Proven experience designing and managing complex sales compensation and incentive plans

The Training Lead will design and execute the enterprise-wide training strategy supporting implementation of a new automated, web-based Travel Management System (TMS) built on SAP Concur for a Federal client. The Training Lead will ensure that all travelers and support personnel are fully prepared to transition from the current travel system to SAP Concur, enabling seamless travel booking, approval routing, and automated reimbursement processing. This role is critical to achieving user proficiency, minimizing disruption, and ensuring compliance with travel policies and federal regulations.
