The Training Lead will ensure that all travelers and support personnel are fully prepared to transition from the current travel system to SAP Concur, enabling seamless travel booking, approval routing, and automated reimbursement processing. This role is critical to achieving user proficiency, minimizing disruption, and ensuring compliance with travel policies and federal regulations.
