Role Description The Product Designer is responsible for designing end-to-end digital experiences that balance user needs, business goals, and technical feasibility. They combine strategic thinking, visual craft, technical understanding, and data analysis to create usable, consistent, and scalable products in close collaboration with product, development, growth, and data teams. - User understanding and product strategy: - Translate insights and hypotheses into clear, actionable, and prioritized design problems. - Participate in co-creation sessions with stakeholders to align solutions with product OKRs or KPIs. - Analyze research insights (UXR, data, or internal feedback) and turn them into informed design decisions. - Contribute to product strategy with a user-centered perspective. - UX Design (Architecture and Experience): - Design the logical and narrative structure of the product: flows, wireframes, journey maps, and user flows. - Ensure a consistent experience across screens, devices, and touchpoints. - Apply discovery methods and rapid validation techniques to enhance the user experience. - UI Design (Interface design): - Design end-to-end interfaces (desktop, mobile, responsive) applying the principles and components of the Design System. - Ensure visual consistency, hierarchy, and accessibility across all deliverables. - Collaborate with the Design Ecosystem team to maintain the visual and technical quality of components. - Data & Experiments: - Interpret behavior metrics (heatmaps, scroll maps, A/B tests). - Make data-informed decisions based on experiment results. - Iterate on the design according to success metrics, qualitative feedback, or experiment outcomes. - Interdisciplinary Collaboration: - Work cross-functionally with product, development, growth, data, and marketing teams to identify UX/UI optimization opportunities. - Documentation and handoff: - Deliver clear and complete documentation, including functionality, expected behavior, and use cases. - Communicate the design rationale and maintain order and traceability in design files.
