LDG Development

POSITION: Systems Integrations Manager REPORTS TO: Director of Operations COMPENSATION: Salary plus Benefits and Bonus eligibility LOCATION: Remote POSITION SUMMARY The Systems Integrations Manager leads the design, development, and integration of LDG and LDG/Solidago’s internal technology ecosystem across multiple platforms. This role owns Level 3 escalations, custom development, API integration, middleware logic, and cross-system workflow engineering. The ideal candidate brings multi-environment experience, RealPage, MRI, Microsoft, SaaS, PMS, and custom-built solutions. They must have the ability to rapidly assess new platforms, build integrations, and extend LDG and’s capabilities beyond out-of-the-box functions. This is a systems architect and integrator; the objective is to limit platform costs, leverage existing data, and maximize operational performance/output within the confines of the prescribed tech stack. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Multi-System Integration Architecture - Architect and maintain integrations between Microsoft 365, RealPage, third-party SaaS platforms, ADP, MRI, and future proprietary tools. - Develop data flows and middleware logic using APIs, webhooks, and custom scripts. - Build reusable integration patterns that can be applied across platforms. 2. Custom Development (Not Limited to Microsoft) - Build custom tools, micro-apps, or services using: - Power Apps - Low-code/no-code tools - JavaScript, Python, or equivalent - API-driven connectors - Custom middleware or logic layers - Prototype and deploy new solutions that sit outside the Microsoft ecosystem when needed. - Assist with the development of data warehousing and other reporting efficiencies. 3. Advanced Troubleshooting & L3 Escalations - Owns the most complex system issues—cross-platform bugs, logic failures, data sync issues, and API disruptions. - Collaborate with external vendors to diagnose and resolve technical cases with clear reproduction paths. - Identifies systemic problems and implements durable, scalable fixes. 4. Systems Design & Architecture Governance - Define standards for: - Integration patterns - API usage - Error handling - Logging and monitoring - Versioning and documentation - Ensure all internal solutions are secure, scalable, and maintainable. 5. Future Tech & Expansion Capability - Evaluate new platforms and tools as LDG/Solidago expands. - Build proofs-of-concept for: - AI-based automation - Workflow orchestration - Data warehouses - Proprietary property management tools - Integrations with RealPage AIRM, EliseAI, Bob.ai ,Springbord, and others - Serve as the technical linchpin for LDG/Solidago’s long-term digital transformation. 6. RealPage Systems Support & Technical Case Resolution - Serve as an internal subject matter expert for RealPage products, including Accounting, AIRM, BI, OneSite, and all other RealPage components. - Work Level 3 RealPage tickets on behalf of LDG and Solidago, including data discrepancies, permissions issues, system configuration conflicts, and workflow errors. - Evaluate and troubleshoot RealPage table structures, API responses, integration failures, and schema inconsistencies. - Partner with RealPage Technical Support and Product Teams to drive escalations, resolve defects, and ensure system reliability. - Translate RealPage logic, settings, and constraints into operational workflows and cross-platform integrations. - Document system behavior, repeat issues, case histories, and long-term recommended fixes to prevent recurrence. Represent ODC at disciplinary hearings and reinstatement hearings, including presenting evidence, examining and cross-examining witnesses. - Review hearing committee reports and Disciplinary Board reports, make recommendations whether to file briefs on exceptions, briefs opposing exceptions and petitions for review, and draft required briefs and petitions. - Represent ODC at oral arguments before the Disciplinary Board and the Pennsylvania Supreme Court. - Draft pleadings (including Petitions for Discipline and Emergency Temporary Suspension) and briefs for submission to hearing committees, the Disciplinary Board and the Supreme Court. - Handle matters involving attorneys pursuing disability status. - Participate in CLE programs on topics of legal ethics. - Assist in special projects as assigned by a supervisor. - Perform other related duties and responsibilities as required and/or assigned. Minimum Qualifications: - Graduation from an approved school of law, PLUS progressively responsible experience in professional legal work. - Possession of a certificate of admission to the Bar of the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, or eligibility for such certification.
