Business Development Representative – GTM Focus

• Partnering with the CEO and Sales Leaders to define and prioritize outreach campaigns, ICPs, messaging, and channels. • Researching detailed information on target ICPs and key stakeholders using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, and AI assistants. • Executing high-volume, high-quality outreach via LinkedIn, email, and calls, and when relevant, supporting presence at events and meetups. • Generating qualified opportunities (SQLs) for Account Executives through personalized, value-driven outreach sequences. • Experimenting with messaging, sequences, and automation tools (AI/LLMs, email warm-up, workflows) to continually improve engagement and conversion. • Managing leads and activities in HubSpot, ensuring clean data, accurate tracking, and clear reporting on pipeline and performance. • Staying current on industry trends, competitors, and buyer needs in our core markets (AI, blockchain, fintech, and digital products) and feeding those insights back into campaigns.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years in a growth-focused sales role (agency, SaaS, or consulting preferred).
- Strong understanding of outbound prospecting, GTM strategy, and lead qualification.
- Strong research skills to identify accounts, stakeholders, and insights that drive personalized outreach.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Clay, AI/LLM tools, and email warm-up tools; familiarity with other B2B prospecting platforms is a plus.
- Tenacity and resilience with a hard-working, high-energy approach to execution; coachable with a strong learning mindset.
- A strategic mindset with a clear bias for action; able to help build the GTM playbook and execute it consistently.
- Curiosity about emerging tech (AI, Web3, digital products, data) and a passion for helping clients succeed.
- Motivated to grow a career in sales, and comfortable with cold outreach (emails, LinkedIn, and calls).
