Strategic Partnerships Executive I

Mission Telecom

• Conduct outbound prospecting via phone, email, and networking to identify new partners. • Maintain daily outreach activity including 80–100 outbound calls while building relationships with nonprofits, schools, and libraries. • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners. • Build strong relationships, conduct account check-ins, and identify opportunities for growth and referrals. • Ensure a positive partner experience throughout the sales and onboarding process. • Address questions or issues quickly and gather feedback to improve service delivery. • Guide partners through onboarding and help them maximize the value of Mission Telecom’s services. • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or service needs. • Work with marketing, product, and customer support teams to align partnership efforts and share market insights. • Represent Mission Telecom at conferences and industry events to build relationships and expand awareness of our broadband solutions. • Maintain accurate outreach and pipeline activity in CRM systems such as Salesforce. Monitor performance metrics and share insights with leadership.

Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales, partnerships, business development, or relationship management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to confidently engage with new people and build trust quickly
  • Comfortable conducting high-volume outbound outreach
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management skills
  • Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, Apollo, or similar)
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Job Description Summary The primary responsibility of this position will be to promote and sell ultrasound equipment for use in imaging procedures within the medical industry. This person must also have extensive knowledge of all SVG ultrasound products as well as competitive products. Job Description Responsibilities - Meet or exceed established sales quotas by providing quality presentations on SVG ultrasound equipment to customers. Develop new business opportunities and expand existing customer relationships through regular customer contact. - Attend conferences and trade shows to increase awareness of SVG products among physicians and hospital administrators who purchase diagnostic equipment.
