Join us and be part of something bigger. Job Description: The Premier Processing Specialist represents the highest-performing production tier within Sales Support Operations. This role is more than a traditional senior processor. It is a high-performance production leadership position responsible for carrying large pipelines, handling complex loan scenarios, and modeling exceptional service standards for both Sales and Operations. Premier Processing Specialists operate as performance examples within the organization—demonstrating urgency, ownership, and a high-performance mindset that elevates peers and drives best-in-class outcomes. Duties and Responsibilities: High-Performance Production (Primary Accountability) - Independently manage large, high-volume pipelines of up to 50 active files while maintaining speed and quality standards - Consistently deliver performance at or above enterprise KPI thresholds - Submit underwriting-ready files with minimal rework or condition layering - Maintain clean documentation and strong file integrity throughout the loan lifecycle Complex File & Product Expertise - Handle complex borrower scenarios including layered income, assets, credit nuances, and multi-product structures - Demonstrate proficiency across product types, including conventional, government, jumbo, and specialty programs - Serve as a trusted resource for escalated or difficult file structures within the region - Anticipate underwriting requirements to reduce touches and accelerate cycle times Elevated Service & Sales Partnership - Provide exceptional communication and proactive updates to Loan Officers and LOAs - Demonstrate urgency and responsiveness in all borrower and sales interactions - Operate with a solution-oriented mindset when challenges arise - Protect and enhance the sales experience through disciplined execution Surge & Coverage Leadership - Provide PTO coverage and overflow support across the region - Absorb pipeline surges without compromising cycle times or quality - Support regional capacity balancing when needed Cultural & Performance Example - Model a high-performance, ownership-driven mindset - Reinforce standardized workflow expectations - Demonstrate accountability without excuses - Elevate team standards through example, not authority Performance Expectations: - Premier Processing Specialists are expected to consistently meet or exceed: - 25+ monthly fundings (where volume supports) - Ability to effectively manage pipelines of up to 50 active files - 3-day processing to submit - 7-day condition to Clear-to-Close - 14-day submitted to Clear-to-Close - 2.5 or fewer underwriting touches on average - Exceptional internal and sales satisfaction feedback Qualifications: - Proven high-performance track record in mortgage processing - Demonstrated ability to manage large, complex pipelines independently - Deep understanding of underwriting guidelines and submission quality - Strong product knowledge across conventional and government programs - Exceptional communication and customer service skills - Demonstrated ownership mentality and urgency - Ability to operate in a high-accountability, performance-driven culture Work Environment and Physical Demands: - Remote or In-Office - May be asked to support surge capacity or transition efforts as needed. Description -National Campaigns Unit provides shareholder communications for public companies on behalf of internal clients -This project is to support their Fall Proxy - proxy season plays a central role in helping companies manage their annual meetings and voting processes -This typically involves helping companies communicate with shareholders about key issues that require a vote (i.e., electing board members, approve executive compensation, other other governance matters). They distribute proxy materials, collect votes (online, by mail, or phone) and record the votes securely. -They also handle the printing and mailing of proxy statements, annual reports, and voting instructions. They deliver these mailings by digital delivery or physical mail and once the shareholder receives the communication, this can prompt them to call in to provide a vote. -Each project that is handled has an upcoming Board of Directors meeting scheduled, where they are trying to gather a certain # of votes to adjourn the items they need to vote on. These meetings can be in person, virtual or hybrid, and they helps organize and run the event by assisting with registration, vote tabulation, and post-meeting reporting. -Shareholder communications includes inbound, outbound, and email response -Agents are held to closing votes (AM shift primarily receives inbound calls and PM shift primarily places outbound calls) with shareholders. A lot of the questions that come are those seeking clarity or assistance with voting. -Calls typically involve: (1) understanding how to vote online, phone or mail, (2) want to know specific items on the ballot mean -- board elections, mergers, executive compensation, (3) ask for paper copies of proxy statements, (4) update their vote -What are companies trying to get votes on?
