About the Role As an Implementation Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in helping clients seamlessly adopt and integrate our cutting-edge products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the success of each implementation while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction. Your organizational skills and expertise in project management will be critical as you guide clients through the onboarding and implementation process efficiently and effectively. who What You’ll Own - Lead end-to-end project implementation for clients adopting our products or Encompass. - Act as the primary point of contact for client engagements, ensuring clear communication and alignment on goals. - Organization of projects within the Teamwork Project Management software and communication of project statuses, with clear prioritization and history of work completed. This includes organizing and leading weekly project calls with each client, completing a consistent number of tasks and solutions to production, and ensuring ROI for the client. - Ensure projects stay within timeline, budget and scope. - Facilitate stakeholder meetings to gather requirements and provide solution recommendations. - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of project deliverables. - Address and resolve any implementation challenges, ensuring seamless adoption of the solution(s). - Train clients and end-users on platform functionalities and best practices. - Provide post-implementation support to ensure sustained client success. - Identifying opportunities for promotion of existing Lender Toolkit solutions to resolve client needs and deploying those solutions for improved client experience. - Adopt our #teamplayer value and assist on other projects/tasks as needed. About You - 5 years minimum experience in project management, particularly in technology or SaaS implementation. - Solid understanding of mortgage lending and regulatory requirements and their application to a general production workflow. - Experience with ICE's mortgage technology Encompass® - Self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision as a remote employee. - Exceptional organizational and time management skills with an ability to juggle multiple priorities. - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English. - Experience working with clients in financial services, lending, or the mortgage industry. - Ability to conduct stakeholder meetings and effectively manage client relationships. - Proficiency in using project management tools and software. - A proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on client satisfaction. - Bachelor’s degree in business, management, or equivalent professional experience.
