As the Senior Manager of Demand Generation you will be responsible for developing and executing revenue-driven marketing strategies that generate qualified pipeline, accelerate deal velocity, and support sustained revenue growth. This role translates company revenue objectives into structured marketing programs aligned to priority segments, products, and territories. You will partner closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Product Marketing, and SDR leadership to ensure marketing efforts are directly tied to measurable business outcomes. Success in this role requires strong strategic planning, disciplined execution, and consistent performance accountability. The Senior Manager will operate with clear pipeline targets, defined revenue contribution goals, and executive-level visibility into performance. This is a highly cross-functional role designed to strengthen alignment between marketing investment and revenue impact across the organization. The impact you'll have: - Drive measurable pipeline growth by developing and executing integrated revenue marketing programs aligned to priority buyer segments, territories, and products. - Build and scale account-based marketing initiatives that support opportunity creation, deal acceleration, and expansion within key K–12 districts. - Strengthen alignment between Marketing, Sales, SDR, and Revenue Operations to ensure campaigns directly support territory strategy, pipeline targets, and revenue goals. - Translate company revenue objectives into structured marketing plans and campaigns that generate qualified demand across digital, content, events, and paid channels. - Deliver consistent performance insights to leadership, using data and attribution to optimize campaign effectiveness, improve funnel conversion, and increase marketing-sourced revenue. - Continuously evaluate market trends, buyer behavior, and the evolving K–12 landscape to refine strategy and identify new growth opportunities. What you'll bring: - Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field. - 6+ years of experience in B2B marketing, preferably within SaaS environments. - Demonstrated success driving pipeline and revenue impact through integrated marketing programs. - Experience marketing to complex, multi-stakeholder buying groups is strongly preferred. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage priorities, budgets, timelines, and performance targets with discipline and accountability.
