• Data Management: Create, maintain, and manage multiple databases for sales, operations, marketing, and reporting. • Clean, validate, and structure raw data from different sources. • Identify incorrect, duplicate, or irrelevant data and fix or flag it. • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability. • Excel & Reporting: Work extensively on Excel using advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, COUNTIFS, SUMIFS, nested formulas). • Create pivot tables, dashboards, and structured reports. • Handle large datasets without breaking file logic. • Build automated templates for reporting and tracking. • Business Thinking: Understand what data is actually useful for business decisions. • Translate raw numbers into clear business insights. • Support leadership with data needed for strategy, performance tracking, and forecasting. • Ask the right questions when data does not make sense. • Database & Systems: Handle data from CRMs, spreadsheets, automation tools, and internal systems. • Maintain structured databases with clear naming, logic, and documentation. • Support automation and reporting teams with correct datasets.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with Excel and business data.
- Experience handling large datasets and multiple databases.
- Experience supporting business, sales, or operations teams with data.
- Experience with CRM data.
- Basic understanding of automation tools or reporting tools.
- Experience working in sales, marketing, or operations data.
- Advanced Excel knowledge.
- Strong logical and analytical thinking.
- Ability to work with multiple datasets simultaneously.
- High attention to detail.
- Good understanding of business numbers and performance metrics.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of data quality.
- Clear communication — able to explain numbers in simple language.
