Assures that medication prescribing is optimal with respect to indication, dose, route, frequency, history of allergy, and does not duplicate or negatively interact with other drugs. - Conducts and manages daily reports on medication utilization based upon daily rounds to identify, catalogue, and subsequently analyze areas in which medication improvement is needed. Consistently performs quality assurance procedures in related work areas. - Participates in all pharmacy-related tasks and programs such as clinical rounds, unit based and/or population based medication management activities, remote order verification, and all other areas as directed/necessitated. Expedites changes needed to meet regulatory, accrediting, licensing, and government agency standards and laws. - Participates in department cost savings. Complies with drug formulary and appropriate documentation. Collaborates with appropriate leadership and buyer to purchase, contract, and procure medications and related supplies to ensure that product and vendor selection is based upon the highest medication safety standards. - Assists in making recommendations on process improvement or development of new pharmacy services. - Performs other job-related duties as assigned. • Design and Deploy Cisco SD-WAN Solutions: Plan, design, and implement Cisco Catalyst SD-WAN architectures for cutters, ensuring, scalable, secure, and resilient network connectivity for maritime operations • Proof of Concept (POC) Execution: Support the ongoing POC at the TISCOM C5ISC lab, configuring cloud and on-premises SD-WAN controllers (Catalyst SD-WAN Manager, Controller, and Validator) and Cisco Firepower Threat Defense Virtual (FTDv) on lab routers to validate performance security, and operation feasibility • Pilot Deployment on Cutters: Lead the deployment of SD-WAN solutions across cutter locations, ensuring seamless integration with existing network infrastructure and minimal operational disruption • Hardware Configuration and Upgrades: Configure and optimize Cisco 4331 and C8300 routers, including memory upgrades, firmware updates, and FTDv integration, to meet SD-WAN requirements for high availability and redundancy • Security and Compliance: Implement end-to-end encryption, firewall policies, and network segmentation aligned with DoD security standards, supporting ATO documentation and compliance processes • Network Optimization and Monitoring: Continuously monitor SD-WAN performance during the 6-to-12-month pilot, adjusting configurations for bandwidth management, application-aware routing, and failover mechanisms to ensure optimal maritime connectivity • Troubleshooting and Support: Provide advanced troubleshooting for SD-WAN environments, addressing connectivity, performance, and security issues, ensuring minimal downtime for mission-critical operations • Knowledge Transfer and Documentation: Develop comprehensive documentation of SD-WAN configurations, policies, and procedures, and conduct training for staff to ensure self-sufficiency post-deployment • Collaboration: Work closely with CyKor’s network architects/engineers, project managers, and federal stakeholders to align solutions with operational needs and project milestones

• Lead the design, deployment, and post-implementation operational sustainment of PEO Digital Network Exchange Points (NXPs). • Develop both unclassified and classified NXP architectures collaborating with a team. • Coordinate with external stakeholders including DISA, NMCI, NCDOC, and mission partners for network transition to NXP transport services. • Conduct research and technical evaluations to support new NXP services. • Develop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation including network diagrams and operation guides. • Provide engineering support for network configuration changes required for Navy sites.
