Oversee and manage all aspects of the company's tax operations, including tax planning, compliance, and research. 2. Prepare and review complex individual and corporate tax returns in accordance with federal, state, and local tax laws. 3. Provide tax advisory services to the management team, assisting with strategic financial planning and decision-making. 4. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. A Masterâs degree in Taxation is preferred. 2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required. 3. A minimum of 5 years of experience in tax management, with a strong background in individual and corporate tax. 4. Proficiency in tax preparation and advisory services, with a strong understanding of federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations. 5.
