• Design, implement, and maintain scalable distributed systems & infrastructure • Build and manage infrastructure & core services for Honor’s Care Platform • Provide foundational building blocks for the engineering organization • Own build and deployment pipelines, maintain environments and supporting infrastructure • Consult to build the right abstractions for problem patterns

• Design, implement, and manage scalable, secure, and reliable cloud infrastructure on AWS using Terraform and other Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools. • Lead the development and evolution of our internal Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS) to support engineering teams and improve developer experience. • Build/maintain CI/CD pipelines to enable rapid, safe, and automated deployments. • Ensure high availability, performance, and cost efficiency of infrastructure through monitoring, tuning, and continuous optimization. • Apply cloud-native security best practices. • Manage containerized workloads using Docker/Kubernetes in prod environments. • Collaborate closely with engineering and product teams to integrate DevOps best practices into the software development lifecycle.

• Automate infrastructure provisioning using tools like Terraform in AWS (EC2, ASGs, S3, IAM, Route53, etc.) • Configure applications using Ansible, Kubernetes templates, or similar tools • Build and manage CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, TeamCity, Octopus Deploy, or equivalent • Develop and document automated solutions to streamline deployment and monitoring processes • Monitor system performance and availability using tools like SumoLogic , AWS CloudWatch, and Datadog • Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and application issues across development, staging, and production environments • Maintain system documentation and participate in disaster recovery planning and testing • Participate in an on-call rotation and respond to critical incidents as needed

• Design, implement, and maintain scalable, secure, and reliable CI/CD pipelines • Manage and optimize cloud infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure) and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes) • Drive automation across infrastructure and development workflows • Build and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure reliability and observability • Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Security teams to deliver high-performing, compliant solutions • Troubleshoot complex system issues in staging and production environments • Guide and mentor junior engineers and contribute to DevOps best practices
