Regional Sales Manager
PeakMade Real Estate
• Oversee sales and marketing strategy for a portfolio of 15–25 student housing or multifamily properties across multiple markets, ensuring alignment with revenue, occupancy, and brand positioning goals • Serve as a primary client-facing partner, clearly communicating performance insights, marketing strategy, and leasing progress while building strong client relationships and trust • Analyze leasing performance metrics, pricing strategy, and revenue management trends to guide strategy and improve lead generation, lead-to-lease conversion, and occupancy outcomes • Lead collaboration between Regional Managers, onsite teams, and centralized marketing teams to execute cohesive leasing and marketing strategies • Provide oversight and direction for digital marketing strategy, including paid advertising, ILS performance, website optimization, and leasing funnel management • Monitor portfolio leasing performance and identify early indicators of leasing challenges, implementing recovery strategies when necessary • Develop and implement strategic leasing and marketing plans for focus assets, ensuring accountability and execution from onsite teams • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide pricing, positioning, and marketing strategy across multiple markets • Review and provide recommendations for marketing and advertising budgets, ensuring efficient spend aligned with leasing velocity and asset goals • Lead and participate in Asset Strategy Reviews, Strategic Marketing Summits, and client strategy calls • Support recruiting, training, and development of leasing managers and onsite sales teams • Present insights, portfolio performance updates, and best practices during national meetings and internal strategy sessions • Stay informed on emerging marketing, leasing, and digital trends impacting student housing and multifamily property performance • Support lease-up or stabilization strategies for new developments or underperforming assets within the portfolio when applicable
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in student housing or multifamily property marketing, leasing, or revenue management.
- Professional experience developing or leading sales and marketing strategy for a portfolio of at least 5 residential properties (student housing or multifamily preferred).
- Professional experience supervising 1–3 direct reports in a sales or marketing role and coordinating work across at least one cross-functional team (e.g., operations, marketing, or revenue management).
- Proven success driving occupancy, preleasing, and lead-to-lease conversion performance
- Experience analyzing leasing performance metrics, pricing strategy, and revenue management trends
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy & performance analytics.
- Experience collaborating with regional operations leaders and onsite leasing teams
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategy, ILS platforms, and performance analytics
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Canva
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field preferred
- Ability to travel 25–75%, including airport travel
- Must reside in or be willing to relocate to a U.S. city with access to a major airport hub
- Valid driver’s license and ability to rent and operate a vehicle for business travel
