• Build, test, and deploy UI Path workflows across multiple business functions • Translate process maps and requirements into structured automation logic • Optimize existing automations for speed, stability, and error handling • Develop reusable components, templates, and frameworks to accelerate development • Work with internal stakeholders to gather requirements and understand workflows • Document current-state processes and identify automation opportunities • Recommend improvements that streamline operations or reduce manual work • Integrate UI Path automations with APIs, CRMs, databases, internal tools, and third-party platforms • Conduct end-to-end testing and validation before deployment • Troubleshoot issues and maintain monitoring systems for live automations • Maintain clean, up-to-date documentation for workflows, logic, and dependencies • Establish and enforce best practices for automation development • Track updates, versioning, and compliance requirements across automations

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and robust test automation frameworks. • Write, execute, and maintain automated tests for web, mobile, and API applications. • Collaborate with developers and product managers to create comprehensive test plans. • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous testing and fast releases. • Conduct performance and load testing to ensure system reliability. • Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with development teams to resolve them. • Generate reports on test coverage, automation progress, and product quality metrics. • Continuously improve QA tools, methodologies, and documentation processes.

• Design, build, and maintain SOAR automation using Splunk Phantom • Develop and enhance automated playbooks to support detection, response, and investigation workflows • Integrate SOAR with SIEM, security tools, cloud platforms, and on-prem systems • Apply AI-enabled enrichment and decision support using Azure AI services • Lead automation design decisions and guide SOC teams on effective SOAR usage • Improve dashboards, metrics, and operational visibility tied to automated workflows • Collaborate with security analysts, engineers, and stakeholders to identify automation opportunities • Operationalize and scale automation across the security lifecycle • Ensure reliability, maintainability, and documentation of automation solutions

• Serves as a Security Orchestration and Automated Response (SOAR) developer responsible for design, development and implementation of automations that accelerate functions within Mondelez’s security team. • Collaborate with Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) content developers as needed to support automation integrations and workflows for security personnel. • Work with security analysts, threat intelligence, and incident response teams to automate response processes. • Develop automation playbooks using either out-of-the-box (or custom) integrations and functions as outlined in the automation process design. • Help advance security operations technologies and processes through automation and integration of threat detection and protection solutions.
