Primary Responsibility We’re seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash (OTC/C2C) Solution Architect to shape and deliver our end-to-end commercial, distribution, and fulfillment architecture across life sciences manufacturing and distribution operations. What You’ll Do The SAP S/4HANA OTC / C2C Solution Architect will lead the design, governance, and delivery of scalable, integrated customer-to-cash solutions. This role combines deep hands-on expertise in OTC, pricing, distribution, ATP/aATP, PP and WM/EWM integration with overall solution architecture accountability. - Lead end-to-end OTC/C2C architecture including order capture, pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery, billing, and tight integration with Production Planning (PP), Warehouse Management (WM/EWM), and Finance (FI)Define and govern Business Partner and Material Master design. - Lead end-to-end OTC/C2C architecture in SAP S/4HANA, including order capture, pricing, ATP/aATP, delivery execution, billing, invoicing, and FI integration - Design and govern complex pricing and commercial models, including customer-specific pricing, contracts, rebates, discounts, and volume-based programs - Architect ATP/aATP solutions aligned with manufacturing and distribution strategies (make-to-stock, make-to-order, and hybrid), integrating Sales & Distribution (SD), Production Planning (PP), and Warehouse Management (WM/EWM) - Define and govern C2C-relevant master data architecture, including: - Business Partner (Customer Master) structures, roles, hierarchies, and relationships - Sales area data, partner determination, credit management, and billing relevance - Material Master views impacting pricing, ATP, production, and warehouse execution - Ensure master data design enables accurate pricing, reliable ATP commitments, and efficient fulfillment without downstream workarounds - Architect and oversee integrations between SAP S/4HANA and customer-facing applications (CRM, portals, eCommerce, CPQ), warehouse and fulfillment platforms (SAP WM/EWM, 3PLs), finance and invoicing systems - Act as the overall Solution Architect, ensuring cross-functional alignment across SD, MM, PP, FI, WM/EWM, analytics platforms, and SAP BTP - Lead solution governance, review functional and technical designs, manage cross-stream dependencies, and guide delivery teams - Partner with business and analytics teams to define analytics and AI-enabled capabilities, including Customer 360, cross-sell and upsell insights, and performance analytics across three business divisions - Ensure transactional and master data foundations support advanced analytics and future AI use cases What Experience and Education You Need - 15+ years of SAP experience with deep S/4HANA OTC expertise, including a minimum of two full-cycle S/4HANA implementations - Strong hands-on experience in: - Pricing configuration and enhancements - ATP/aATP design integrated with PP and WM/EWM - Business Partner (Customer) and Material Master design supporting C2C processes - Proven experience supporting manufacturing-driven and distribution-heavy fulfillment models - Experience integrating SAP with customer-facing platforms and warehouse execution systems - Demonstrated experience acting as a Solution Architect or Lead Architect on complex SAP programs - Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field What Could Set You Apart - Experience with SAP analytics, data platforms and exposure to AI/ML enablement for customer insights, recommendations, or demand forecasting - Experience with advanced SAP EWM and complex warehouse orchestration - Exposure to Validation processes in Life Sciences industries. - Exposure to SAP TM and carrier/shipping integrations - Experience with CPQ, eCommerce, or omnichannel order management platforms - Experience with SAP BTP Integration Suite, APIs, and event-driven architectures - Experience supporting global rollouts and multi-region operations - SAP certifications in S/4HANA Sales, Supply Chain, or Solution Architecture

Scheduled - Monday through Friday 8:00am-5:00pm CST with flexibility to rotate to 10:00am-7:00pm CST on occasion when required to meet business needs. No weekends or holidays will be required. The Case Manager RN is responsible for telephonically and/or face to face assessing, planning, implementing, and coordinating all case management activities with members to evaluate the medical needs of the member to facilitate the member’s overall wellness. The Case Manager RN develops a proactive course of action to address issues presented to enhance the short- and long-term outcomes as well as opportunities to enhance a member’s overall wellness through integration. The Case Manager RN job duties include (not an all-encompassing list): - Through the use of clinical tools and information/data review, conducts an evaluation of member’s needs and benefit plan eligibility and facilitates integrative functions as well as smooth transition to Aetna programs and plans. - Applies clinical judgment to the incorporation of strategies designed to reduce risk factors and barriers and address complex health and social indicators which impact care planning and resolution of member issues. - Assessments consider information from various sources to address all conditions including co-morbid and multiple diagnoses that impact functionality. - Reviews prior claims to address potential impact on current case management and eligibility. - Assessments include the member’s level of work capacity and related restrictions/limitations. - Using a holistic approach assess the need for a referral to clinical resources for assistance in determining functionality. - Consults with supervisor and others in overcoming barriers in meeting goals and objectives, presents cases at case conferences for multidisciplinary focus to benefit overall claim management. - Utilizes case management processes in compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures. - Utilizes interviewing skills to ensure maximum member engagement and discern their health status and health needs based on key questions and conversation.
