Limitless Agency is a fast-growing digital marketing agency that helps business-to-business social media marketing agencies get their clients launched quickly and correctly. We handle the technical heavy lifting — and that's exactly where you come in. As a Technical Media Strategist, your entire function is to take new Limitless Agency clients from zero to fully launched. You will receive a new client, set up their complete GoHighLevel environment, build their Meta ad campaigns using copy and creative our team has already prepared, and hand the whole thing over to the client — fully functional, fully integrated, and ready to go live. This is a high-volume, precision-execution role. You will be expected to complete 30 to 50 full client account setups and launches per month. There is no ongoing account management — your job is setup and launch, done right, every single time. You will be given the Limitless Agency system and process to follow. What you must bring is the deep technical knowledge to execute it — and the professionalism to communicate clearly with clients throughout the handover process. Key Responsibilities This role has one primary mission: take new Limitless Agency clients and get them fully set up and launched — GoHighLevel account built, Meta campaigns ready, everything integrated and handed over clean. Here is what that looks like in practice: Phase 1 — GoHighLevel Account Setup - Build the client's complete GoHighLevel sub-account from scratch following the Limitless Agency system - Set up the client's funnel and landing pages, built to convert and properly connected to their pipeline - Configure the full opportunity pipeline including all stages relevant to the client's niche and business vertical - Build out the nurture sequence — automations, follow-up messaging, and workflow logic — so leads are handled correctly from the moment they come in - Set up all lead capture forms and ensure they are connected and firing correctly within GHL Phase 2 — Integrations & Technical Connections - Connect the client's Meta Business Manager and Facebook Ad Account to their GoHighLevel account via Lead Connector - Ensure the Facebook Pixel is properly installed, verified, and tracking correctly through GHL - Confirm all integrations are live, tested, and functioning end-to-end before anything goes to the client - Troubleshoot any connection issues between Meta and GHL — you need to be able to resolve these independently Phase 3 — Meta Campaign Build - Using ad copy and creative assets already prepared by the Limitless Agency team, build the client's full Meta ad campaign inside their ad account - Set up campaign structure, ad sets, targeting, and ad creatives correctly following the Limitless Agency framework - Ensure the pixel and lead form integrations are properly connected within the campaign - Set up attribution correctly so tracking is accurate and the client's results will be measurable from day one - Deliver the campaign in draft mode — fully built, reviewed, and ready for client launch Phase 4 — Client Communication & Handover - Communicate with clients professionally and clearly throughout the setup process — keeping them informed of progress and next steps - Walk the client through their completed setup so they understand what has been built and how it works - Ensure a clean, confident handover — the client should feel fully equipped and ready to go live - Flag any issues, missing assets, or client-side blockers to the Limitless Agency team promptly Important — What This Role Is NOT - There is no ongoing account management in this role — once an account is launched and handed over, your responsibility for that client ends - You are not creating ad copy or creative assets — those are provided to you by the Limitless Agency team - You are not running media or optimizing live campaigns — your job is to build and launch, not manage
