Job Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in B2B account management, customer success, business development, or client services
- Experience supporting enterprise accounts or high-growth startup organizations
- Ability to generate new opportunities through relationship-building and engagement
- Proven track record in managing and growing an account portfolio
- Experience with technical or product-focused customers
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Data fluency with metrics to inform strategy
