• Connect IT priorities to business outcomes: Deliver clear, strategic roadmaps that anchor projects in overarching business objectives. • Set a near‑term IT plan (quarterly/annual) aligned to business and security needs; build 0–1 capabilities that remove friction • Design and scale the IT organization: define clear mandates for existing team members, mentor them, and plan future hires based on evolving needs • Identity & devices: standardize SSO/MFA, lifecycle automation, MDM, and least‑privilege access; automate provisioning and reviews • User support: improve responsiveness, establish visibility into SLAs and CSAT, ensure EU/UK coverage, and drive self‑service through our AI support chatbot • Vendor & SaaS: own vendor onboarding and due diligence; evolve the vendor onboarding process (Slack–Jira–Ramp); track renewals, license utilization, and spend • Security & compliance: codify corporate security practices; support SOC 2 evidence and customer reviews; proactively surface and remediate risks for IT‑owned systems

Job Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience leading IT at scaling companies - balancing hands‑on execution with strategic thinking and proactive risk management
  • Known for transparent communication, accountability, and surfacing problems early
  • Proven success in remote, distributed environments (US, UK, Poland) with pragmatic, iterative plans
  • Fluency with SSO/MFA, lifecycle automation, MDM for mixed fleets, and day‑to‑day SaaS administration
  • Practical use of AI in IT operations (chatbot‑assisted support, triage, knowledge) with strong privacy and security habits
  • Experience with GDPR/UK data considerations and customer security questionnaires
  • Scripting for automation and workflow tooling
  • Experience designing scalable orgs and defining clear mandates for team members
