Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Leads and contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. - Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. - Focuses on providing thought leadership and works on broader organization projects, which requires understanding of wider business. - Recognized internally as a subject matter expert. - Work alongside the design and product team to create a world class healthcare experience. - Native and hybrid application development, maintenance, and release. - Practice agile development cycles and collaborative coding methodologies. - Peer mentorship, knowledge sharing and fostering growth of fellow team members. - Write technical specifications based on user stories and business requirements. - Support, maintain, document, and write unit tests - Support, maintain, document, and write automated tests - Participate in backlog grooming session - Participate and conduct design reviews - Work under minimal supervision and use independent judgment - Contribute and help lead complex technical projects Qualifications Expected for Position - Bachelor's degree in a related field. In lieu of a Bachelor’s degree, an equivalent combination of education and experience is accepted - 10+ years' experience in equivalent or related roles - Deep understanding of concurrent programming architecture and best practices. - Strong experience with providing technical mentorship and architectural guidance. - Strong advocate for agile software development principles and test-driven development methodologies. - Experience with CI/CD tools and systems, beta distribution platforms and app store release cycle and processes. The base salary range for this position is $160,000 - $184,000. In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here: Teladoc Health Benefits 2026. Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications. This information is applicable for all full-time positions. We follow a Flexible Vacation Policy, intended for rest, relaxation, and personal time. All time off must be approved by your manager prior to use. You will also receive 80 hours of Paid Sick, Safe, and Caregiver Leave annually. This applies to full-time positions only.
