Role Description Olmix est à la recherche d'un(e) Responsable Technico-Commercial Sports - Espaces verts F/H pour accompagner la Business Unit Plant Care au sein du département Sport & Amenities. Dans un marché Sport et Espaces verts en pleine évolution, vous intervenez comme référent(e) commercial(e) terrain sur votre zone. Rattaché(e) au Territory Manager, vous contribuez activement au développement commercial, à la mise en marché des biosolutions Olmix et à la structuration de notre présence auprès des acteurs clés du secteur. - Développer et animer un réseau de distributeurs et de clients professionnels Sports & Amenities (golfs, terrains de sport, collectivités, entreprises du paysage); - Déployer la politique commerciale Olmix et construire des offres adaptées aux usages terrain; - Piloter la prospection, les référencements et la mise en marché des solutions Plant Care – Sports & Amenities; - Mettre en place et suivre les essais terrain en lien avec les équipes techniques et marketing; - Former et accompagner les équipes commerciales et techniques des distributeurs; - Contribuer aux prévisions de ventes (forecast) et aux plans d’actions commerciaux; - Assurer une veille marché et concurrentielle sur les pratiques, réglementations et innovations; - Gérer les réclamations clients et participer au suivi des créances.
