We were founded in 2017 by one of the world’s leading cardiologists and are a growing team of world-class engineering, operations, medical affairs, marketing, and sales leaders. Most of our teams work remotely and have access to our offices in Denver, Colorado, New, York, New York, Dallas, Texas, and Lisbon, Portugal with some roles requiring you to be on-site in a location. Cleerly has created a new standard of care for heart disease through value-based, AI-driven precision diagnostic solutions with the goal of helping prevent heart attacks. Our technology goes beyond traditional measures of heart disease by enabling comprehensive quantification and characterization of atherosclerosis, or plaque buildup, in each of the heart arteries. Cleerly’s solutions are supported by more than a decade of performing some of the world’s largest clinical trials to identify important findings beyond symptoms that increase a person’s risk of heart attacks. At Cleerly, we collaborate digitally and use a wide variety of systems. Our people use Google Workspace (GMail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, Confluence/Jira, and Zoom Video, prior experience in these areas is a plus. Role or department specific technology needs may vary and will be listed as requirements in the job description. While we are mostly a remote company, travel is required for some team meetings and cross function projects typically once per month or once per quarter, for some roles like sales or external facing roles travel could be up to 90% of the time. About the Team Cleerly is continuing to build out its commercial team, the team will lead the identification, procurement and onboarding of our enterprise customers and partners. This team of experts will partner closely with a broad set of internal and external stakeholders to implement the Cleerly solution and ensure customer success. You must be located in: NYC/Philadelphia/DC About the Opportunity The Regional Sales Manager of Imaging Partnerships is a critical role supporting Cleerly’s growth and the success of our customers and partners. We are looking for an experienced individual to drive business development with various organizations that provide coronary CT imaging to ensure scalability and access to Cleerly’s technology. In this highly visible role, you'll report to and work alongside our Director of Sales, Imaging Partnerships and own the day-to-day management of our partners and their clients – acting as a liaison between Cleerly and our partners. You will be responsible for identifying new partnership opportunities, nurturing existing high-value partners, and representing Cleerly as a leader in the industry to positively impact the lives of millions. The ideal candidate is highly motivated, enthusiastic, client focused, results-oriented, and mission-driven. You will report to a Regional Director of Sales and be a part of a regional team that is focused on Hospitals, Providers and Imaging Centers. As a team, you will work to bring Cleerly to market across outlets throughout your region. You will be focused on Imaging Centers. Requirements - 5+ years of direct commercially relevant leadership experience (Sales, Marketing,Partnerships). - Proven track record and book of business in large medical imaging partnerships or sales. - Proven ability to learn new technology, gather customer requirements, and pitch value proposition and partnership opportunity to potential partners as determined by strategic priorities - Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills, polished communications, and a proven track record of success with strategic account management - Exceptional project management skills and enjoys bringing order to chaotic environments - Exceptional written communication and presentation skills - A hard-worker, self-motivator with can-do approach and bias for action - Ability to travel up to 60% of the time - Deep understanding of the diagnostic imaging and outpatient radiology centers - Experience negotiating and implementing partnerships - Ability to assess and coordinate impact of partnerships across multiple Commercial functions - Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and geographic regions Bonus Points if: - Career experience and expertise in Radiology and/or Cardiology imaging workflow - A working knowledge of cardiovascular disease and its clinical workup and treatment, and have a strong track record of working with a cross-functional team - Existing book of business of radiology and cardiology contacts in outpatient imaging as well as health system or hospital settings. - Demonstrated success in an early-stage environment at some stage in their career - Navigated a career successfully with a medical start up Responsibilities: - Convey Cleerly’s value proposition and partnership opportunity to potential imaging partners as determined by strategic priorities, OKRs, and GTM priorities - Formulate and lead as one point of contact for business strategy, existing and future partners. - Provide accurate sales forecasts while converting forecasted opportunities into executed agreements and revenue recognition - Establish productive, professional and consultative relationships with C-Suite and executive level personnel, frequently identifying new opportunities to bring new value to both sides ultimately building trust and credibility through collaboration - In collaboration with the Director of Sales, Imaging, Vice President of Sales and Chief Strategy Officer, implement processes that develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets and critical milestones which lead to clear and actionable success - Project management of partnerships: serve as the executive mapping and day-to-day contact from Cleerly to executive-level stakeholders at our partners - Analyze partner performance, create reports and present back to partners to ensure they are engaged, informed and supportive of the Cleerly partnership - Effectively communicating partnership requirements to appropriate internal teams at Cleerly (clinical, product, marketing, engineering) and ensuring all requirements are met according to project timelines - Ensures that Commercial regions are enabled to successfully enable partnerships and alliances - Work with relevant cross-functional teams to ensure effective and timely internal & external communication and coordination of partnership ecosystem strategy and schedule. Lead the team who act as key commercial contact points throughout the commercialization life cycle for assigned partner(s) engaged with Cleerly.. - Develop and ensure successful change management during partnership implementation and manages the on-going commercial relationship between Cleerly and its strategic partners. The base salary range for this role is aligned to market benchmarks and determined by experience, skills, and internal equity. This role is eligible for annual On Target Commission, resulting in the following base salary and Total Target Compensation (TTC) ranges: - Base Salary: $140,000 - $150,000 - Commission: $150,000 - TTC: $290,000 - $300,000 *Total Target Compensation (TTC): Total Cash Compensation (including base pay, variable pay, commission, bonuses, etc.) Additionally, stock options, paid benefits, and employee perks are part of your total rewards.
