The Opportunity The Regional Sales Director is a strategic and hands-on sales leadership role responsible for expanding Eon’s footprint across a defined geographic region. This role is focused on generating new business opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and developing relationships with healthcare executives and clinical stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of the healthcare provider landscape and is a proven consultative seller in complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments. As a Regional Sales Director, you will: - Own and drive net-new revenue growth for your region - Identify and engage prospective healthcare customers, including hospitals, health systems, and IDNs - Manage the full sales cycle—from lead qualification and discovery through contract negotiation and close - Deliver compelling product presentations, ROI analyses, and customized demonstrations - Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Solutions Engineering, Clinical Transformation) to tailor value propositions and drive successful sales outcomes - Maintain accurate and up-to-date forecasts, pipeline tracking, and account plans using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) - Attend conferences and industry events to generate leads and represent the Eon brand - Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets - Build long-term relationships with customer executives and clinical leaders to support ongoing partnerships and renewals - Provide market feedback and insights to influence product roadmap and strategic planning You will be a good fit if you can: - Navigate complex sales environments , B2B/healthcare sales with multiple decision makersNavigate complex B2B sales environments with multiple decision-makers - Communicate the clinical and operational value of Eon’s solutions to executive and clinical audiences - Adept at presenting single/multi-cohort value propositions impact with patient, provider, and facility focus. Experienced identifying and amplifying value to individual, group, and hospital decision makers - Thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth SaaS company - Work independently in a remote setting while managing priorities and hitting goals - Embrace a challenger mindset and lead with value in every interaction - Operate with a high degree of professionalism, resilience, and strategic thinking - A self starter that can leverage experience and network to generate new and expansion business opportunities - Experienced and comfortable prospecting, presenting, and navigating deal in person and virtually Qualifications and Skills - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field - 7+ years of successful B2B/healthcare sales experience, with a minimum of 3 years experience in healthcare SaaS/enterprise software sales, or disruptive medical technology - Documented top 10% sales force ranking or achievement of #1 ranked sales person or President Club attainment - Strong understanding of the healthcare provider market, especially hospitals and health systems - Experience in developing, managing and forecasting deal targets with multi-million dollar pipelines - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills - Transferrable experience and skill sets in selling to hospital C-Suite & executive leadership - Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and sales enablement tools - Proficient using virtual sales tools : Google Meets, Teams, Zoom - Proficient in Microsoft Office - Travel required up to 30–50% depending on region “So what’s in it for me,” you ask?
